Is Lava Dart really better than lightning bolt in izzet prowes? Haven't played modern in 7 years.

I thought the new superman movie was gonna be good with all the positive reviews and James Gunn at the helm but this movie is garbage

Edit: i love James Gunn's movies this is trash. It doesn't do anything positive to the Superman legacy. Injustices had a way better story. I thought this movie was gonna be awesome. It is not. If you luke this you know nothing about Superman. I'm not even a big DC fan and this movie is travesty
