Replacement Tips

Does anyone know if it's possible to get aftermarket replacement tips? I'd rather not have to spend money on another set of earplugs when my loops work well and are comfortable. I can't support the company anymore since they use AI art.

If not, does anyone have any good recommendations for budget friendly replacements? For the engage, experience, quiet and dream. (I use dream most often since my partner snores lol 🥰)

Edit: I live in Australia

GP Suggestions In Melbourne

My partner has Fibromyalgia and chronic back pain from a slipped disk. Currently they're on oxycodone, but they've aged out of the clinic they were at (they no longer count under youth care through headspace). Are there any bulk billed GPs you can recommend? They can't afford to go private since they can't work due to the pain and are on a fixed income with centrelink.

Keyboard Delays

Hello, I'm having delays with my keyboard. In apps, when I tap into the textbox, there's a significant delay before the keyboard actually appears. I noticed it the most with FUTO, as that had been my go to. I switched to HeliBoard, but that still had the same issue. Finally, I tried the default board and once again, same issue.

Is this fixed in the most recent update? I haven't installed it just yet. Otherwise, has anyone else had this issue?

Study Spaces in ATC

Anyone know any good spots in ATC to study at? The comfy chairs downstairs are usually full, and while the latelab is next door I would hazard a guess that it'll be completely packed during the day. I don't mind finding spots in adjacent buildings, so long as they're close enough that I won't have to leave until like 5 minutes before my class in ATC

Can I Bring A Shoulder Bag to Palais?

I have a shoulder bag big enough to fit a 10" iPad, just slightly less than A4. It is thick, though. If I wear it, will be I allowed in? I'd like to bring it in case I buy merch, but worst case is I chuck a folded tote bag in my pocket and use that. For a sit down venue I would say it's small enough, but it's large enough I wouldn't bring it to Festival Hall. First time going to Palais, third live event I've been to in my life lol. Thanks heaps!

My bathroom has an open shower, any suggestions?

I live in student accommodation, and my bathroom has no walls in the shower. It's completely open to the rest of the bathroom, not even a raised/lowered section of the tile. What can I do to make it more enclosed and stop water from going everything? I can't paint, drill or make any modifications that could damage anything. Not even command strips are allowed. Has anyone else been in a situation like this? Is there anything I can do other than put up with it? My state doesn't count student accommodation under tenant laws so I don't even have rights or a complaints process

Lightweight Frying Pan

Australian here! I'm looking for a 28-31cm pan that is very lightweight (no more than 800g) for my disabled partner who can't lift heavy items well. I would rather avoid nonstick, but if that's the only option, that's what we'll get. Preferences are stainless, titanium or maybe carbon steel if the upkeep is minimal and weight is light. Most companies don't seem to list weight, so we're having a hard time figuring out how much things weigh. We try did a scanpan impact and it was way too heavy.

Currently our top contender is the 28cm hasemoto pure titanium frypan. Ik titanium is controversial, but it is very lightweight and that's the priority here

Studio Apartments

Anyone have photos they can dm of what the studio apartments in SPW are like? Probably moving from my 2 bedroom as my roommate/best friend left. I'm not sure how much stuff I'm going to have to get rid of, so if anyone could share photos that'd be amazing! 🙏

How do I get an organization to stop deadnaming me?

Am seeing a new clinic for medical stuff tomorrow. Today they sent me an automated text to confirm my attendance, with my chosen name followed by my deadname in brackets. ie. "Chosen Name (Deadname), reminder that you have an appointment with blank at 10am Monday." I would like to ask them to change their systems, as my deadname is not my legal name and not my medicare name, so I see no reason for them to have included it like that. My assumption is that it was included in case it was a chosen name, but that's not great either - they should just have a field for preferred name, any past names (if they need them at all) and legal name. Any suggestions on how to phrase this suggestion? I'll probably bring it up to them in person at the reception desk, otherwise I'll send an email.
