Any suggestions? Kitten is failing

This is the last kitten left of a set my neighbor found on their front lawn. It was doing well, but now it is a fight to get it to nurse. I made the mistake of trying a different bottle because the one that was working didn't have measurements on the side. The newer bottle had too much flow. He is now listless and floppy, until I try to feed him. Then he fights.

I did I think he is breathing from his mouth, but the vet said she didn't think so. However, he has a red throat so I may have had some milk that was too hot. I check the bottles on my wrist, but maybe I didn't shake one well enough and some milk was hotter? I don't know. I am so sleep deprived at this point, I may not be doing as well as I should.

Kitten is warm and does move in the box a bit. But is now a week old and not really gaining weight or drinking enough. I am feeding every half hour to hour because he's barely eating.

What's a good heating pad

The season has started. We have a lot of ferals, and try to catch older kittens to socialize. But I was given 3 newborns and lost 2 last night. I was using a space heater pointed towards the cage. It worked well for 24 hours then suddenly they were cold, even though the setup was the same. I need something with controllable heat.

Anyway, I think I need a good heating pad. My personal one gets pretty hot. And looking at the reviews, it's hard to tell what to get and what will die in a month. Or worse, start a fire. What works for you all with young kittens?

Thanks in advance. I am in the US and regularly use Amazon, if that helps.

Mom and babies in my attic

So I was putting some stuff in my attic and heard squeaking noises. Thought it was baby kittens. Nope. Found a mom raccoon with at least 2 babies in a box in my attic. I have a call in to a pest removal because they don't have animal control where I live. Not really happy having them inside, but if they stay where they are, I can live with it for now. I don't really want wild animals loose in my attic. I have indoor cats and a dog.

Google says not to move them if possible. If I put a cat box with litter in it, do you think they will use it? I'm in Central PA, so not sure what options are available. I really would prefer not to have my wood floors damaged.

Thanks
