Need Help: I filed harassment and threatening case against someone
hello guys! I filed harassment and threatening case against someone who keeps on messaging my family members regarding the debt of my husband and threaten to post in social media my passport and accuse us of scammers, threat to find my workplace to talk to my HR and expose the debt issue. We already paid the debt but she is asking for the payment of the interest. Now the police called me, i explained everything. but the police said that there's nothing they can do as of now as there is no actual threat to my safety and that the issue is mainly between my husband and her. I asked about the harassment that's been causing stress to my parents, but the police said nothing they can do as of now as there is no actual crime.
Can please someone advise me on what to do. I feel so disappointed that she will just get away with all the stress and anxiety she has caused. I understand that she lends money to my husband, but we already paid the capital and she is just asking about the interest now.
