For context: We were at a friend's birthday party and took a group selfie. When I looked at the photo, I noticed that the sister of another friend who was also at the party had this tattoo on one of her arms. It really caught my attention because I didn't recognize where it came from, and Google gives me some vague answers. And honestly, I'm too shy to ask her or her brother, so I'm hoping someone here can tell me who it is and where it came from.
