Is that coil whine?
Is Coil Whine that sound of flowing electricity that gets quieter when a game is running, but is audible on the desktop? It changes slightly when I move the mouse around the desktop? It's not audible during startup, it only starts buzzing when Windows boots up? Or could it be something else? The PC has good temperatures, I don't get frequent stutters, no blue screens, etc.
Specs:
- B650 Eagle AM5
- R5 7500F
- RX 9070 XT
- 32GB RAM
- PSU: Corsair RM650e
(P.S. This is my first PC and I'm worried about it..)
