Nova pro help
Hi guys my girlfriend got me the arctis nova pro wireless for our anniversary present a couple weeks ago and I've been having some issues with it. After about 2 days of using it, the left side just completely cut out and I've tried every solution I found online but it still wouldn't work. Eventually after 2 days, the left side just randomly came back but it was significantly quieter than the right. I tried using sonar but everytime I turned sonar on, the left side would just cut out again and my windows would lag out everytime there's a system sound effect while the nova pro was connected. As soon as I plugged my cloud 2's into the pc, the lag stopped. What's the best option to try and fix it? I've tried repairing to the box since my PC doesn't have bluetooth, I've tried restarting everything from the headset to the box and my pc, tried changing my windows settings, tried sonar, etc. I also reached out to support but got back with nothing.
