Need help finding an upgrade path for my PC

I have a Dell Inspiron 3670 that I've been upgrading into a mid range gaming PC. I'm looking to get a better CPU as it and the motherboard are the only components I haven't upgraded yet.

My current CPU is an I7-8700 3.20GHz and I'm having trouble finding info on what CPU upgrades are compatible with the board.

I would appreciate help finding a compatible CPU

and or

A new motherboard that will fit in the case that will allow me to put a newer CPU in it

GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 8gb

Need help vetting a seller/product on Newegg

I'm looking into a mid-ish range pre-built for my friend and stumbled on this small form factor build on Newegg that would be perfect. All the specs are good enough for the games he and I would be playing together.

The problem is that I'm having trouble getting good info on the seller, and the pc itself only has one 5 star rating and no other reviews, which puts me on edge.

Does anybody have experience with this seller or a similarly priced alternative from a more reputable seller they could recommend?
