Jio health insurance agent told me to hide pre existing illnes. Is this how they plan to help companies reject our claims?
I was searching for health insurance through Jio finance app. Then an agent called me for assistance. She insisted on Aditya Birla activ one insurance for my parents who have diabetes, hypertension Copd. From the beginning I saw she straightaway rejected the idea of seeing other companies and told Aditya Birla is the best one currently and is reluctant to share detailed terms and conditions saying that'll take too much time for me to read. Instead I should rather see the key points written in the jio app and rest she'll explain to me .
When I said my sister has an ovarian cyst , she asked whether I wanted to mention it or not . She preferred me not to mention it because for that I have to accept the waiting period.
I'm new in these. So feeling quite sceptical about choosing a health insurance. Unable to trust any . Any guidance about which one will be better?
