Normal Progression?

So as a bit of context, I just set a 5k pb in the last hour.

My previous PB was 23:40, and my Coros was predicting 24.30. I got a 22.17, so about 2.20 faster than my watch predicted. As a result of this, my Threshold pace has changed from 5.07 (which it has been around for 3 months) to 4.39 after just one run. Is this normal? I feel like I should trust my threshold pace from the last three months rather than what it is now after one PB.

HRM Question

If I buy the Coros HRM to use alongside my Pro 4, will the HR shown on my watch during a run be taken from the watch or the HRM? Or, will I only see the data from the HRM afterwards on Strava?

Threshold Training

Hi, per Coros app my threshold pace is 5.04 per KM.

If I am looking to improve this, I know I need to run around this pace, but am I better running slightly faster or slightly slower than this to improve? I have seen different people give different advice so not sure what side of this pace I should be looking to run at

Thanks

Who is legally required to pay for tree maintenance?

So long story short, the house living behind us has trees that have grown over our fence and into our garden. Are we allowed to cut their trees without their permission (only the parts hanging over our fence), and if so, do we have to pay someone to do this or is it their responsibility as the owner of the tree. I live in Northern Ireland if that matters.

TIA
