i am 21, and trans ftm. i take aripiprazole, norethindrone, atomoxetine, and apply testosterone gel once a day. i smoke both weed and cigarettes if that matters.

the other day i had a very intense orgasm from clitoral stimulation during sex with my partner, but afterwards anything that made me even slightly aroused would make me have another orgasm that felt more vaginal/inside (i have never felt anything like that before this, i usually struggle to orgasm during sex, and if i do its always clitoral. i have never been able to from just penetration) and without any touch at all. i was not penetrated at all before this started happening.
