I’m really confused about what’s happening with my UPS package and wondering if anyone has experienced this before.

My parcel has been stuck in a UPS facility for a week with no actual updates or movement. At first, UPS told me it needed to go through customs. Then I was told it was being held because of customs fees. I said I’m happy to pay any fees if needed, but nobody has actually told me whether there are fees or how to pay them.

Then, within the same hour, two different UPS representatives told me completely different things. One said it had already cleared customs, while another said the government still needs to inspect it.

I’m confused because it’s just a normal parcel, nothing unusual or restricted inside. The UPS team haven’t explained anything clearly and every person I speak to says something different.

Has anyone else dealt with this before or knows what might actually be going on?

I’m over two months post septo rhinoplasty and today while cleaning my nose I accidentally took out my stitch in my right nostril. I didn’t tug at it, I was very careful and soft while cleaning but it just came out, should I be worried??
