Who are coaches proven at building? A lot of coaches can walk into a good situation and keep it going. We need the guy who knows how to rebuild.

I bought a pack of the Costco cold brew cans. Not a fan, and in general I love Costco branded products. Anyone else tried it?
Been awhile since I’ve posted. Nice Sunday dinner. Seared then indirect to an internal temp of 140. Glaze is Dijon mustard, brown sugar, soy, Worcestershire, garlic, and some of the meat church rub. Turned out great.
