Deficit/protein goals

Hey friends!
I have some caloric deficit questions. I know a few people taking tirz who eat 800 calls/day, or 1,000, 1,200, but some days only 500… my doctor told me to to stick to about 1,200 cals/day. Maintaining muscle mass is EXTREMELY important to me. So, while I aim for 1,200 cals/day, if I find that I’m low on protein at the end of the day, I will have a protein shake to amp me up 20-30g but that also adds up to 200 cals and today, that put me at 1,300 cals. Would ya’ll be worried about this, or do you think meeting the protein is worth it?

As for timing with injecting. Do you recommend I wait until tomorrow morning, until this evening, does it not matter??

Beginner’s Questions

Hey friends!👋
Just had my consult with Dr. Kim last night and I couldn’t be more excited to start my journey!
A few questions-

• How do I track my package?
• How do I set up an appointment with the personal trainer?
•I’m concerned about potential hair loss. I take collagen already, will this help and/or is there something else I can add to help ensure I keep my precious locks??
