SARS is in the process of verifying my bank details for my personal tax return and sent me correspondence to file my IRP6 for my business.
Will the business tax process delay the personal tax process, or does SARS treat them as separate?

Do I need to know how to design emails in Figma before I start freelancing, or is designing in Klaviyo enough?
I don't want to keep stalling getting started, but I don't want to get into a situation where I can't design an email in Figma either (especially if a client asks).
I just wanted to know how difficult it is to rent a flat or separate entrance in Cape Town, or South Africa as a whole, if you're a freelancer or business owner.
I would imagine it's "easier" to get approval from landlords?
Are bank statements (and no payslip) enough?
Does 3 months rent in advance plus a deposit help in any way?
It would be so helpful to get landlords' point of view as well.
