Hi im an incoming freshman and I logged into mynova to view my v bill (Im pretty sure its finalized) and it looked like my scholarship + aid covered all my expenses which I wasn't expecting but then I also saw my account balance in the negatives but im a little confused on what time means. is this an amount that would be refunded to my account?
