Hey,

I’ve seen quite a few people asking about plr.me vs profitbay.io recently.

I tried both properly signed up, paid, downloaded a bunch of stuff, made products and listed them on Etsy over the last few months.

plr. me has a massive library, which is nice on paper, but I found a lot of the files felt older and needed quite a bit of cleanup and editing.

profitbay.io has fewer items but they’re more up-to-date and better organized. Their AI tools also helped me with ideas and tweaks.

Overall I ended up preferring profitbay.io for my workflow, but I can see how someone who wants sheer volume might prefer plr.me.

Has anyone else tried both? Curious what your experience has been.

Hey everyone,

I was trying to figure out good sources for digital product templates, so I ended up testing two different PLR platforms over a few months

I used both properly downloaded templates, created actual products, listed them on Etsy, and tracked the results.

One site felt very professional with good in-house content, especially for ebooks and courses. The pricing was straightforward too.

For the type of digital products I sell though (planners, Notion templates, printables, checklists, etc.), I kept having to spend a lot of time updating designs because many felt a bit dated.

The other platform had a smaller selection but the templates felt noticeably fresher and more modern. Everything was better organized, easier to edit, and I didn’t have to deal with messy files as much. They also had some simple AI features that helped with quick changes.

After using both for a while, I ended up sticking with the second one because it just fit my workflow better for Etsy.

It really depends on what you’re trying to sell. Different tools work better for different people.

If you’ve been looking into PLR sites, I’d love to hear your experience:

  • What kind of digital products are you making?
  • What matters most to you big library, modern designs, ease of use, etc.?

Drop your thoughts below. I’ll try to reply to as many as I can.
