Im on day 4 today! Woohoo. Ive had years of sobriety before but fell off last year. Ive been watching Nate from sauce aint the boss you tube. He makes a video a day for 365 days and his transformation is inspiring. He hasn't posted in years but just posted a picture and hes still healthy and sober I assume. Just throwing it out there as I like to watch sober content when im starting off. Day 1 I was 5 '4 f 132lbs. Goal weight 115, plus tone up. Hope to post inspiring before after videos once I get deeper into my journey. Good luck all and let's enjoy this sober summer , they go Fast!

We tried adding 2 ounces of formula (kedamil and enfamil yellow bottle ) with 4 ounces breastmilk around 5 months when I was at my wits end with pumping and he spit up alot which he never did ever before. Both upset him so after 2 weeks of trying both we gave up. My supply got back up n I started using frozen when needed. Hes now 6.5 mo n trying purees etc. Think as he got older hed tolerate the transition better? I also have purple can enfamil from wic. Sooner than later I want to stop pumping 6 times a day. Its summer and I want to enjoy it. Ive had a few days of 5 pumps when he sleeps longer and sometimes I get same or less. He still gets up to eat at 2am. Can't wait till he sleeps through night🥲scared to pump less, its crazy how pumping is my literal life now. I heard 5 to 4 pumps effects supply. He drinks 35 to 40 i make 34 to 40. Frozen he needs to drink more as its from November
