I found my previous barber by trial and error, too much of a risk of time and money IMO. When I go to IG, I see their fades but I have no clue what it’ll be like to sit in their chair, whether they’ll be able to match a photo I give them, whether they can work with my hair type, etc. I’d love to be able to find out more about their personality, their philosophy, etc and it seems a website would be a fit for that but I rarely see those, especially for individual barbers. Hoping someone in this sub can help me see what I’m missing. Thanks!
