What is taking away from my face? I don’t have any huge flaws facially (anymore) yet I swear I’m still mid.

Hello, I’m a 23 year old male. I’m currently recovering from 6.5mm horizontal genio + squaring of chin to reduce tapered look. My biggest drawbacks facially are probably my noticeably deviated septum and my recessed chin which contributes to weak lower third. I’m just wondering if I’m missing something that I don’t realise about my own face. I have decent eye area (very long eyelashes, green eyes, neutral canthal tilt) my eye spacing is good, my facial thirds are relatively balanced, especially when my Genioplasty result settles. I have bad allergies and gut issues only developed recently so I think that is contributing heavily to my more bloated and tired facial appearance which I am fixing currently, but structurally I was wondering what people see about my face that is poor. I have already gotten genio as I said to fix recessed chin and will be getting a septo/rhino to fix crooked nose and bulbous tip in a few months. Give me a rating please , tell me my biggest drawbacks and if I could realistically hit HTN with genio + rhino. Thankyou for the help! Would appreciate any advice ! Edit: im also 19.5% bodyfat rn. Will be getting down to 12-14% in a few months

Opinions and feedback on genioplasty 5mm movement

Hello. I was originally on here because I thought my jaws were recessed before my ceph scan breakdown. Turns out my maxilla is too far forward in comparison to my midly retruded mandible. And my oomfs surgeon said Genioplasty is only suitable option in my case. I originally wanted 7mm forward movement + a slightly squarer look to my chin as I hate my chin. I still can’t breathe through my nose, getting a sleep study to determine in 6 weeks post genio. My surgeon refused 7mm and said it would take things out of balance. But I don’t know if he’s being overly conservative or not. The last thing I want is to regret that I didn’t get more advancement. As you can see in the email he even said 5mm and 6mm won’t make a difference. Surgery is tomorrow and I’m extremely worried I will regret not going more, he says it’s too keep facial balance and proportions, but I’m currently 19.5% bodyfat and won’t be a few months after this surgery, so I don’t know if that has a part to play. I just want to garner opinions on if people on this sub think that 7mm would look uncanny on my face , or if it would just be a masculine result still within aesthetic/natural range (which is what I’m going for). And wanted to know if it’s suitable to push for 6mm instead of 5mm before the operation tomorrow. I’m really worried I will be disappointed with 5mm result. Would appreciate any help thankyou.
