Earnings Call - BULLISH
If anyone heard the earnings call, things sound like they're still in the works and the drug seemingly still has a path forward to approval! Stock price has already rebounded upwards over $2 which is amazing!

Hey folks, since the vote is being held tomorrow, will the stock even be trading during market hours?
Hey everyone!
Before I get into my issue, I’ll give some quick background on myself, I’m a recent new grad as of last year and secured my first position! I work at a hospital on the detox unit overnights.
Now the issue.
As charge, I have the unfortunate duty of making patient assignments. Someone is almost always upset about not having the “easiest” patients on our 20 bed unit that is almost never filled to capacity. This morning I got reamed by a float nurse because he had 3 patients, who were all medically stable, polite, cooperative, you name it. This nurse was also made aware there was a POTENTIAL admission that may be added to their assignment upon day shift but that would be up to the day charge and other nurses to see who would take them.
This guy immediately gets upset DURING report as I address the team and says “Oh of course you’re dumping on the float, aren’t you? These patients are new admits, I don’t even know them, you should know better than to give them to a float.” I was taken aback because I really take time to put thought into the assignments I make so no one is carrying a heavier load , because I’ve seen that happen before and wouldn’t want to continue that kind of culture.
I actually tried to reassure him his assignment wasn’t bad at all, and the patients were great and doing well, but he didn’t seem to care, and was focused on them being recent admits on the evening shift the previous day.
My unit has admits and discharges DAILY. So of course every nurse is going to have new admits. He also didn’t work on the unit the previous day or even recently so I fail to see how he “would know any of them”?
He continued to sigh during the rest of my team report until I was finished. I left the room and he approached me one on one this time and went off again on how I gave him such a bad assignment and that the patients haven’t met with the provider yet and this is going to cause him a bunch of work today. I reaffirmed that I didn’t mean to “dump” anything on him and that I did my best to give everyone a fair assignment and that this wasn’t anything personal at all. I even went further to say “I’ll be more mindful of the patient loads moving forward” and even apologized, even though I felt I didn’t do anything necessarily wrong.
In all honesty he got the best team of patients, if he took the time to actually open their charts.
But anyway, can anyone be honest with me, and say if I truly gave this nurse a bad assignment? I do my best to be fair and if I’m not being that way, I’d like to be accountable, more mindful and make a positive change moving forward, thanks!
