My husband is currently deployed and I am back home with our two kids. I am a sahm and have no access to anything money wise. Every month it’s a struggle getting any financial help from me, he doesn’t respond, hasn’t even asked about his kids in months, and now yesterday I took our kids out and we ended up stranded because he didn’t pay my phone bill and I had no way of calling/texting anyone all while in 100 degree heat. As well as he has missed my car payment.
If I go to family legal will they actually help? I heard I can just ask to have the bah he gets paid automatically sent to my account. I honestly don’t know much about military because he has kept me out of it but I have hit a breaking point. Thank you 🙃
