Questions on how the rules work in Québec

I tried telling my landlord that I'd like to move at the end of my lease 3 months before but apparently leases auto renew and I missed an email that I cam reject so it dosent. Now I have a new lease starting at the end of the month. No one wants my apartment. Its been listed for 4 months now. Its overpriced so I talked to the owner into paying a 3 month penalty I advance. The problem with this is the landlord wants an immediate vacance to take effect.

When I look online the 3 month penalty let's see stay in the unit of you'd like so I dont know if this is their right or if theyre being terrible about it.

They also failed to send a copy of the renewal to my roommate but they sent a random screenshot of "Solidarity" checked off and said if they just sent it to one its okay, but in my lease I have theres no line of this so as far as I know they failed to send the renewal to both parties separately.

Its been 2 weeks trying to get these guys to send me information or my current active lease to confirm that they're not lying or they failed to provide me with a up to date lease

Salut, récemment jai déménagé a Montréal et commene apprendre la launge français. Je voudrais essayer améliorée et je crois que jouer les jeux du vidéo a la même fois est la façon moins grave/plus léger a fait ça. Mon première langue est anglais et je suis peux être presque à niveau B1.
