Loan back at SBA website

Hello I’ve seen a small # of people post this and I decided to check.

It appears that my loan has transferred back to the SBA website for servicing. It mentions how much I’m past due and allows me to make a payment of the 2400 I would have normally paid. It also has the notice I provided.

Does this mean my loan is back at the SBA or no?

Thank you

Ca claim - 5 figure amount for business

Hello!

I had an unclaimed property claim that I filed in November of 2025. It has been well over the 180 mark and no movement has been made on the claim according to the website.

Does anyone know the going timeframe or have a similar timeline of when they got word on where their status is or if they got paid out.

Thank you!

Box truck loan help !!

Hello all.

We’re trying to purchase a 2019 box truck from Penske but wanted to do S Corp only. The two people we reached out too were only able to get us s corp with pg. the pg is fine but we’re wondering, how low can the interest rate be? One got us on 11.97% but I’m not sure who the lender is as it’s through a broker. I’d like to get a better rate…

Any advice on who to go through or how to go about this….

PG on a commercial auto loan

Hello all!

We are currently in escrow for a home closing in September.

Long story short, my dads s corp is purchasing a new company delivery vehicle and the loan needs a PG.

The loan officer of the car is insisting this will not reflect as an auto loan on my dad’s credit who is the one purchasing the home but it will reflect if the company bankrupts or defaults. This is not an issue because we don’t plan on closing the business haha.

My only concern is will underwriting of the new home see this and calculate it into debt to income ratio?

I know the auto loan is insisting it won’t and is saying they’ll pull a soft pull on the credit but I’m just concerned.

What happens if a contractor can’t supply?

Hello all!

This is my first time dealing with contracts and stuff. I own a business that supplies a product and when a product is posted for a contract opportunity, a bunch of international contracting companies call us for pricing to submit their own bids.

I had submitted a bid but didn’t head back but it was a small one anyway.

Fast forward a few weeks, I guess I get a call asking for the same bid for the same location. I explained I already gave my bid and the person said, “yes you probably got a lot of bid requests but I’m the one who won the contract”

They then proceeded to ask for my pricing.

They seemed stressed as though the pricing me and many other manufacturers in the area (there’s only 3) are providing are above what he anticipated or that he’s struggling to find someone to provide the services that is within his bid range.

My question is, out of curiosity, what happens to an individual that places this bid, doesn’t have the product or the means to produce the product, and can’t provide it after winning?

PS: im not an active contractor but I am a manufacturer that wanted to get into these gov contracts to expand my business so I apologize if I don’t use the correct lingo

Is this allowed?

Hi all! Just wanted to get some insight;

Can a broker bundle the down payment and the broker fee into one and then tell you after he runs your credit? Just wondering how the brokers normally do it vs the one I bought with
