Hi. I'm 22F and have been Vitamin D deficient with only 16 ng/ml. Does anyone here have upper abdomen pain as their symptom for having vitamin d deficiency? I recently got my result for my whole abdomen ultrasound and it came out as NORMAL. I was suspecting gall stones or fatty liver, but they are all normal (which is a sigh of relief). Prior to this, I was told by my doctor that she may refer me to a psychiatrist for a possible GAD (because I told the doctor that I was so much anxious of my health that even a small change on my body made me overthink).

I wanna know your experience just so I could also see from other lenses, and if there are any tests that I might have overlooked.

hi, im 22f and my vitamin d is super low (16 ng/ml). i just wanna ask if somebody else experience having skin redness after being exposed under the sun? its not rashes, but more like redness of your skin where it is exposed. is it normal or somehow correlated to vitamin d? wanna know yours. thanks!
