Incident at Letterkenny Bus Station, Sun 16 Aug

Yesterday at the bus station, there were some awful scenes. Some guy (didn't have a Donegal accent, let's call him Lad A) started racially abusing and taunting another guy (Irish, but not white, who we will call Lad B) and would not let it go. Lad A kept after him, kept trying to punch him. The guy being abused left. A few women had tried to tell the guy, Lad A who was starting the trouble to stop and he actually apologised to them.

However, then the other lad (B) came back and it started again. I say started... but it was this same fella Lad A, seemingly having a go but with no provocation. Initially Lad B seemed to be trying to laugh it off, or lightly telling him to let go of it, but then he kinda lost it and knocked Lad A to the ground and gave him a few kicks. Again some women intervened (by shouting, not physically) and it stopped, or at least outside. It was absolutely desperate. Is this normal? Or was a story behind it?

The bus never came! But when getting on the next bus, finally, I saw the police come up to the station worker (who was nowhere to be seen during the scenes, maybe his shift started later) enquiring about the events.
