0/N maintenance Team lead experience
Just looking to hear other's experiences in this position, currently having a hell of a time right now, so it'd help knowing I ain't the only one.

Recently became TL for O/N maintenance, an I did not realize the amount of unrealistic expectations that come with it. Wanting floors spotless, deck plates clear, bathrooms fully stocked an cleaned by opening, bales empty, backroom pallets all loaded in trailers, loading docks, boneyards, an back of building free of trash, all while getting cardboard picked up an thrown, and picking up the pallets on the floor an getting them to the back, answering maintenance calls on the radio, an ensuring the front is clean at all times. Like literally all times. As if it's possible to have it completely spotless while the store is open. Mind you we have usually 3 people a night, but those 3 people aren't exactly "workers". And anything your team doesn't do isn't on them, it's on you. Idk I'm just trying to find a rhythm, to get everything they want done, but it seems like things just keep getting added.
Tips on being the new overnight maintenance lead?
