Ooreedoo irresponsible behavior.
I have ordered 45kd worth of huawei router on june 30th.And they said it is express delivery but it can take up to 72 hours..
i keep on checking my order in their tracking site..every day it shows out for delivery and then they are rescheduling again without proper reason and without even calling me.So i called customer care after 72 hours time which is said by their telecaller.but the customer care is saying The delivery guy tried to call me and am unavailable so they are rescheduling. but this is a lie..I have given my proper number and my number is working completely fine. The customer care keep saying the same thing.so i called them again on 4th of july and said to cancel and refund my order...
Now they are saying They cannot cancel it directly..when delivery driver call tell him to cancel the delivery so that it will be cancelled.. After that cancel i will get the refund.. But how can i tell the delivery person to cancel when no one is called me?? No one ever called me about the router delivery..But these guys keep saying tell the delivery driver to cancel..I asked the same to their team..they said we cannot cancel and we can send a mail to our supervisor for escalation. but no resolution even from their supervisors also..
they gave me this cancellation request number (1S0000006489449). and kept on saying to tell the driver to cancel or dont accept the delivery so that it will get cancelled and then after 3 days il get the refund or else it will be on pending forever..how can i accept or not accept or talk to delivery driver when no one is called me?
so basically they are saying until the delivery drivers authorization of cancellation of the product we cannot cancel it and my refund also depends on this cancellation..
So i just complained about this on CITRA WEBSITE with proof of payment and paid invoice.
hoping for a solution on this matter..
what else i can do for quick resolution.
UPDATE: GOT MY ORDER DELIVERED IN AN HOUR AFTER CITRAS COMPLAINT. But still they need to train their customer care executives how to solve or even respond to a minor issue.
