Ooreedoo irresponsible behavior.

I have ordered 45kd worth of huawei router on june 30th.And they said it is express delivery but it can take up to 72 hours..

i keep on checking my order in their tracking site..every day it shows out for delivery and then they are rescheduling again without proper reason and without even calling me.So i called customer care after 72 hours time which is said by their telecaller.but the customer care is saying The delivery guy tried to call me and am unavailable so they are rescheduling. but this is a lie..I have given my proper number and my number is working completely fine. The customer care keep saying the same thing.so i called them again on 4th of july and said to cancel and refund my order...

Now they are saying They cannot cancel it directly..when delivery driver call tell him to cancel the delivery so that it will be cancelled.. After that cancel i will get the refund.. But how can i tell the delivery person to cancel when no one is called me?? No one ever called me about the router delivery..But these guys keep saying tell the delivery driver to cancel..I asked the same to their team..they said we cannot cancel and we can send a mail to our supervisor for escalation. but no resolution even from their supervisors also..

they gave me this cancellation request number (1S0000006489449). and kept on saying to tell the driver to cancel or dont accept the delivery so that it will get cancelled and then after 3 days il get the refund or else it will be on pending forever..how can i accept or not accept or talk to delivery driver when no one is called me?

so basically they are saying until the delivery drivers authorization of cancellation of the product we cannot cancel it and my refund also depends on this cancellation..🫩

So i just complained about this on CITRA WEBSITE with proof of payment and paid invoice.

hoping for a solution on this matter..

what else i can do for quick resolution.

UPDATE: GOT MY ORDER DELIVERED IN AN HOUR AFTER CITRAS COMPLAINT. But still they need to train their customer care executives how to solve or even respond to a minor issue.

After 16 long years..

After 16 long years, I got my hands on a PlayStation again. PS2 was my last console, and GTA San Andreas was the last game... Being with PlayStation again feels so nostalgic and the ps5 pro feels like a very huge upgrade for me.😇

Any Game suggestions and tips are welcome.

also any Casual games like brawl stars(mobile)or something like we can quickly complete a round..

Ooredoo Kuwait delivery..Ordered 5G CPE 5 router on June 30th..still not here constant lies from customer care.What should I do?

Hey everyone,

​Need some advice or to see if anyone else is dealing with this right now. On June 30th, I ordered the Huawei 5G CPE 5 router from the Ooredoo online store for KD 45. They promised delivery within 72 hours,but it’s now July 4th and I’ve got nothing.

​The tracking status keeps changing to "Out for Delivery" and then randomly reschedules itself later in the day without any explanation. No delivery agent has called me once.

​When I call customer care, every single executive tells me the exact same script: "The driver tried to call you, but you didn't respond, so it was rescheduled."

​This is a complete lie. I have been glued to my phone, my contact number on the order is 100% correct, and I have absolutely zero missed calls. When I tell them this, they just say, "We have escalated this to a supervisor/the delivery team," but nothing happens. No one calls back, and no one updates me. They gave me an escalation number, but it feels completely useless.

​Has anyone dealt with this loop before? What are my options now? Should I just cancel the whole thing and buy the router from somewhere like wibi or something...or should I take this escalation number straight to CITRA?
