Nausea Tips

Hi everyone, I’m 7 weeks pregnant today and the nausea just seems to be getting worse. I’ve tried eating before getting out of bed and eating little and often but the relief doesn’t last long 😢 I’ve also tried Ease the Quease from Expert Midwife but that seems to have done nothing!
I haven’t vomited yet but I felt like I was going to this morning and the feeling won’t go away. Is the best option some sort of anti nausea mediation or will GPs only prescribe that if vomiting?
I’m heading on holidays today so unfortunately won’t get to my GP but might see if she can recommend something I can get in Spain.
First world problems I know but not sure how I’ll cope with the travel feeling like this 😭

Can’t seem to get pregnant

Hi everyone, I’m looking for some advice. I was diagnosed with an ectopic in my right tube in September 2025 and was given one dose of MTX - unfortunately this didn’t work and my tube ruptured and was removed early October. We have had 7 cycles of trying since with no luck. I had a HSG just before 7th month of ttc which showed no issues at all.
Bit of background - I’m 37 and I’ve had 3 pregnancies including the ectopic which only took a max of 2 months to conceive. Everything seems to be normal. My periods are very regular with a luteal phase of 12 days every month! My husband’s semen analysis came back okay except for some teratozoospermic which was just below the WHO recommendation but the clinic said given everything else was more than okay this shouldn’t cause a problem - I included the note here from the clinic.
My doctor said to try for 2 months following the HSG but now that 1 month has passed I’m wondering what my next steps should be assuming nothing after the 8th month.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated 🙏🏼
