I switched to a classic TCL flip phone a while back but have found, predictably, it is HARD. Ive ended up over complicating my life and having more devices instead of less. I thought the minimalist e-ink phones were silly and first and too expensive for what they are (still think that last one) but I think it is time to accept that the satisfaction of closing a flip phone isn’t worth how complicates it’s gotten. Wondering if anyone has experience with minimalist phones and has a rec for something that can operate as a regular phone, run WhatsApp and navigation, Spotify a plus. Then I could actually put my iPhone away.

I, 25F, must have laid on my arm weird yesterday, and now my shoulder really hurts to move. Forward and backwards is immediate pain, I can move out but down hurts. It has a kind of constant dull pain. At what point do I see someone? It’s so silly that I wasn’t even doing anything, but I’ve never had this kind of pain from being in a weird position and am I little concerned.
Also, if I do do something about it, who do I see?
