Advice on doing anything that requires reaching below the hips???

Shaving, trimming my toenails, putting socks on, even putting my underwear on...wiping my ass...these are not things I pictured would be challenging when I got pregnant, but here we are at 31 weeks, considering consistent pedicures, no shoes, and a freaking bidet. Any advice?

I also CANNOT get or stay comfortable sleeping; I'm up nearly every hour peeing as it is, so I'd love to not have achey hips/lower back, aspirating on my acid reflux, or snoring because my entire airway is in my nostrils while I AM sleeping. I do have a pregnancy pillow (the MomCozy one) but I can't figure out how to position myself without smashing my baby, sleeping on my back, having acid reflux pour into my trachea, or having my carpal tunnel flare because I've fallen asleep on my arm or with it bent again...

WOULD LOVE TO HEAR SOME STRATEGY HERE, LADIES. Thanks!

31 weeks pregnant, work FT, just finished 6-week condensed summer GEN-Chem II...

I feel like taking that class was a mistake. At this point I'm just hoping for a B, maybe B-. I have 37 credits of 4.0 work in my postbac prerequisite work so far over the last year. My undergrad gpa from ten years ago was 2.88, so the grades really matter now, and the way this class went feels very discouraging and like I broke my streak. I felt like I could not apply the material I was quite literally studying at minimum 5 hours a day for the last 42 days straight once the tests came, even though I understood it when I worked through it while studying. Idk how much of this can be attributed to "pregnancy brain" and the fact that my 6-hour sleeps were consistently disrupted every night because I had to pee...or to not being able to truly retain things at the speed the class went; It felt like I could learn all of the material just in time for the exam but not have it mastered enough to apply it. This made me feel really discouraged for the future journey as classes get harder (100% will not be taking accelerated classes anymore), despite having aced my Gen Chem I class in the regular semester. Can anyone offer any words of encouragement, advice, similar stories, etc.? My situation is so niche that it's hard to know if it's my brain or what.
