Is Priority Pass worth it if you only fly 3 or 4 times a year?

I was looking over my travel spending from the past year and realised most of my trips start from usually Heathrow or Manchester with maybe 1 or 2 longer holidays mixed in. Delays seem to be happening more often than they used to so the idea of having somewhere quieter to sit before a flight has started sounding a lot more appealing. At the same time I cant tell if lounge access is one of those things that is genuinely useful or something that feels great the first couple of times and then barely gets used. For anyone who flies a few times a year rather than every month, where did the value end up coming from was it the food, somewhere to work, escaping a packed terminal or did you eventually decide it wasnt worth keeping?
