Guys i just bought the whole 8 waves . the cds they have at the monroe institute and the Audio-Technica ATH-M30x wired headphones . just wanna know what else and to know if each wave should be weekly or monthly i just want all the recommendation possible u guys can gave me . im doing this because i know out body experiences is incredibly powerful state for manifestation . so please feel free to share all u want thats important for this journey / No negativity ./ thanks u guys the best
