So, i was scrolling here on the sub Reddit which again, is for teens, it seems like people sometimes forget that because I saw a post with 2 THOUSAND UPVOTES, one of the most upvoted from the entire sub Reddit which was literally a repost from furry _irl (https://www.reddit.com/r/furryteens/s/WzgToCn83I) which led me to write this... about the hell hole of a subreddit that is furry irl, and how well... Interesting it is lol​

Mainly being, it claims to be SFW and even a has A RULE saying so, and i quote:

"Explicit adult content and/or imagery is not allowed. This community is for all furries, regardless of age, and we strive to make this subreddit a welcoming place for all members to submit and view content without concerns. Suggestive content needs to be tagged NSFW."

Yet the first thing i saw when opening it yesterday was a post with 2K upvoted making a NSFW joke, then i scrolled a bit and i saw SEVERAL posts without an NSFW content tag, yet being incredibly sexual with the jokes being "NSFW" obviously.​

And no, i don't really find much issue with that post i mentioned in te beggining, the issue is that its a repost from that subreddit, leading diretly to it.

>SO! Over the past few years, i've been interacting more woth the fandom, especially furry YouTube and i've seen some growing issues, and these issues are honestly terrifying to say the least.

Let's start off on how inapropiate content is being normalized, to the point that TEENS are starting to think that clearly NSFW media is not, like for example, changed, wich I've gotten alot of obviously teenagers defend the game saying that its "sfw" even tough i can list a ton on scenes that it clearly isn't

Simple! adults (and sometimes even minors) are shoving this type of content down everyone throat everywhere, on youtube for exapmle there are multiple "furry meme compilations" so i've decided to take a look, i went on a fresh account and searched it up on yt and clicked on the first long-form video i could find and went by the recomended videos, it took me 4 videos to start finding sugestive thumbnails and after i watched 10 furry meme videos, i've counted 50 sugestive memes, 45 of them appearing after the 4th video, i searched furry memes again and a good chunk of the thumbnaills were suggestive. I decided to re do that test, started with a sfw video again, by the 7th video i started being recommended nsfw stuff, by the 10th video there were 21 sugestive memes and while doing that... I kinda lost count of the vids (lol) so i watched more 2, making the total go up to 60.

Also this happens on basicaly almost every furry content nieche, and this "normilization" is so bad that when one of these kind of YouTubers got terminated in 2023, the reaction in general of the community is "YouTube is targeting furries".... FELLA if youtube actually cared about furry content 30% of furry YouTube would have been gone in a single day

and before you say, no, it wasn't always like this

Prior to 2016, I kid you not, there were basicaly almost no nsfw furry channels on youtube, yes its not like everything was fully SFW, but you get thet point

Even furry YouTubers prior to 2011 didn't really do nsfw stuff, despite youtube being much, much relaxed on these topics douring the time, like go on smosh's yt channel, the biggest youtubers at the time and sort their videos by oldest and scoll a bit

i know this is mostly focused on furry youtube but what i'm genuenly trying to say here is that nsfw content on the furry community is being normalized to dangerous levels and that could have dangerous consequnces like the complete banning of furries form big social media platforms, all it takes is a video reporting all of this in a consise way doing well.

And before you say "its the responsibility of the parents to monitor what their kids are watching" i fully agree, but we kinda have to put some responsibility on ourselves when there are videos with hundreds of thousands of views welcoming kids into the fandom (some of them doing while showing off their f3tti5h35 in those videos as the case of betaetadelota)

before i end this, i'm just going to say... you have the power to change this... so just, stay aware of this content and if you see furry nsfw on non nsfw websites like youtube and tiktok, report it, even if other furries get mad, and before you call me purist, just keep in mind i'm fine if NSFW content is on NSFW spaces and if not, with the the propper tags to hide it not only from kids but from people that don't want to see it, i really don't want this discourse being a "think of the childen" one

sooo... about changed

the fact that this server even allows this game, even be discussed about annoys me, yes i have jokes about it sometimes but it got to the point I'M GENUINELY WORRIED FOR PEOPLE IN HERE, I've seen people claim straight up that changed is not a sexualized game like have you PLAYED the game??? Have you watched anything about it??? Thats basic knowledge fella, what worries me the most is not teenagers/kids playing this game (ok, that's bad already, but it happened in the past already with stuff like GTA and COD, what's rhe issue?) The issue the fact that they eventually think that the game is "normal" and it disgusts me that the mods haven't done a SINGLE thing about this and even let this casually exist on the server

so either these people are doing the biggest larping i’ve ever seen, or they are SOOOOO good at the game that they didn’t see the TF scenes or they were exposed to it which is honestly SUPER WORRYING

And now we get to our second point, the femboy stuff, i swear the amount of times Ive seen sexualized femboy images on this server CLEARLY MENT FOR TEENS is ABSURD straight up, and that has made me weirded out and pissed for months atp, seriously.

also, why a post linking to Furry_irl is allowed????? a subreddit wich’s content is 90% cropped yiff?????? THESE ARE TEENS, THIS PLACE IS MENT FOR TEENS.
