period spotting after missing 1 dose
i’ve been on sertraline (100 mg) for a few months shy of 3 years and i have never missed a dose. last weekend, however, i attended a friends wedding and left my meds at the hotel which was too far to drive back for. left my back up meds in the wrong purse too smh.
since coming back, i’ve been spotting for the last several days. note i’ve been on birth control for about 12 years, and i haven’t spotted since i was a teenager (and i have missed BC pills here and there, so it’s not that.)
just wondering if other women have experienced this? or if the spotting might be a different reason altogether.
hard to find womens health info from my psychiatrist or other resources, so here i am on reddit :P
TLDR; i missed 1 dose of my zoloft and have period spotting for the first time in years, any other women experienced this?
