Older cat not eating.
Hey everyone! I have an older mixed breed female cat, she is in the 14-15 range. Over the last couple months she stopped eating dry food period, so we started trying to use wet food but her weight has kept dropping. She still drinks fine and her mobility has only gone down a little (basically she can't make some of the super high jumps she used to). She has also stopped maintaining her fur all together. Yesterday I tried a new brand of wet food to try and get her weight up and she gobbled it down only to throw it all up 15 minutes later. Today I tried the same brand but a different flavor, she smelled it and ate about a fingertip worth of the food but won't eat otherwise. I tried another flavor and again she smelled it but wouldn't eat it. Her energy levels seem really down today and she's not talking like she normally does. Is this a matter of she doesn't like the food or something deeper? Please, any ideas or information would be super helpful.
Update: she has eaten a little bit now! I also went out and got a different brand and she ate on that alot better! I'm still worried about her long term but my anxiety is waayyy down.
