Games with input-directional melee attacks?

Edit: 2D/metroidvania games specifically

Are there any games where you control attacks in at least 8 directions? Where you can position around enemies and try to strike weakpoints?

I really want to play a game where blade positioning and direction matters. Flipping over an enemy with a shield and slashing down on his head. Poking under a shield. Deflecting other blade by swinging your sword into them.

There are some 3D games that do this, like exanima. Nidhogg does something similar. Rain world has the physics system down, but not striking

But I want to be a fast ninja flying through maps and perfect-striking NPCS while I unlock stuff.

I can't find any examples, so maybe it doesn't exist. Im considering learning to program and spending 10 years figuring it out.

Where do I go next? Part time State Farm producer in a not-great office

I have life health property and casualty. Im in a newer State Farm office where I'm the only salesperson and everyone else handles their book/referrals which are 99% in a different language.

As such, I don't have a framework to work in or much support/training. My agent doesnt seem to have much sales experience, and has given me almost no tips on how to actually sell better.

I'm getting MAX 6 data leads a day, from zipquote. Yesterday I got 4 and returned two of them. 0 today so far. I close around 10%

$12/hr, 5-9% P&C, 20% L&H.

The benefit is I work part time, which I value. The downside is 6 months in and I'm just not selling enough. I have 6 years of experience doing door-to-door and street fundraising, and was a supervisor and trainer. I just dont have enough volume of people to work with here, I think.

I have been making more money every month, but this month looks like it wont follow that trend.

I'm not sure where to go next. I'm in illinois and want to work part time, 3 days a week if possible. I only need to make like 2.2k a month to be comfortable. I can make this easilly going back to fundraising for no comission at $25/hr, but Id like to keep exploring insurance.

Are there any companies or roles I should look into? I cant afford to start my own brokerage.

Im just a bit unsure of where to go next, if anyone has advice. I think it's about time to leave this agency.
