Any Comments on the UAlberta Experience for a Potential Incoming Student?
I'm getting my Bachelors degree in Physics at an American research university, and am looking to get a graduate degree, either a Master's or PhD in Physics or Atmospheric science. UAlberta looks like a really good choice for me location and weather wise, and they seem to have a decent faculty in the programs I'm looking into.
So, I'm wondering if any of you guys have any personal experiences you'd like to share about your time here so I can get a better sense for what it's like there before I decide to apply.
Any input is appreciated, life at university is complicated and involved much more than just location and academics, so tell me anything you think I should know!
