How to get into Juicing?
Looking to start making my own juices for health reasons.
Any advice on what equipment and good recipes to try?

After years of asking doctors and seeing a dermatologist who said it was just typical alopecia I got referred to a new Dermatologist who looked at my scalp under a scope and took a biopsy. We even did blood work to rule out Lupus/any other autoimmune diseases and we came back with Lichen Planopilaris, which is a scarring alopecia.
Very frustrating as I’m only 27, had a ton of hair when I was younger, and want long princess hair.
I have been stuck at shoulder length hair forever that did not respond super well to Spirolacatone and topical minoxidil.
New derm is having me do oral minoxidil and topical, as well as we are doing a trial of Rinvoq.
I was wondering if anyone else on this sub as Lichen Planopilaris and how your experience has been with trying to save/grow/protect your hair?
From my research I have found it to be rarer and not a lot can be done since it’s scarring. Mostly preventative treatment it seems.
I have been very sad about it since my dream had always been to have hair down to my hips and I never have left a hair salon feeling good about my hair even once. I’m trying to be positive though that this new dermatologist caught this and we have actions forward.
