This is the second loc of mine that seems to be thinning. The patch of hair it’s connected to use be two locs. My baby sister does my hair so whatever info y’all give me I’ll relay to her. Also how often should I moisturize my hair I do it once every other day

Just washed my hair and this loc seems to be thinning(I might be wrong ) my baby sis does my hair for me and she just removed a thinning loc out of my head last month. That’s why there is a patch of hair next to this loc. Any way give me some advice also some tips for moisturizing locs effectively
