[IE] First reply was fast, does that mean it’s automated, or did someone read it?
I opened a dispute with Revolut and wrote a long, detailed explanation of my situation, tried to cover every relevant point. The response came back really fast, which is nice, but it felt generic, like it wasn’t actually tailored to what I wrote.
Has anyone else had this experience? Is the first reply usually just an automated/triage step, or do they actually read everything at that stage? Did it get better once the case moved further along? Trying to figure out if I should be worried or if this is just how the early stage works.
Any insight from people who’ve been through the full process would help.
