Scarlett 2i2 3rd Gen output rapidly connecting and disconnecting when plugged into laptop
Does anyone know a potential cause for this? It works on my PC, and I tried a backup Scarlett and ran into the same issue. The input stays normal but the output freaks out.
I previously had a headphone plug stuck in the 3.5mm jack but have since taken it out; while plugging in headphones through the 3.5mm jack it only plays in one ear, but through the USB-C plug it works perfectly, so I'm not sure if that could be the cause of the issue. The Scarlett did work on my laptop when I first tried it a couple years ago.
