Hello, could you please help me identify these pills? I already tried a pill identifier website to no avail.

For context, they are in a container with 2 other pills which are levetiracetam and olanzapine (GenAI helped me identify the other two easily). They belong to someone with a mobility challenge living in Western Europe.

As to why I’m asking, I had some form of intimacy with this person and they wouldn’t disclose their meds. I just wanted to make sure they are not STDs treatment meds.
