What is up with these home prices? NWA housing is in a bubble!

The new homes that are being built are raising prices astronomically. And then older homes are being listed barely just under the price as these new construction homes. I’ve seen an older house sell for $400k profit in just 5 years. Thats not sustainable. NWA is in a housing bubble and when it gives, you can bet corporations will buy up all these homes. And no, you don’t get better pricing when this happens. NWA city councils need a reality check with their assessments. Soon everyone will be renters and you will be priced out of the housing market. Exactly like Los Angeles and big cities. Does anyone live outside of city limits and commute to work?
