Bachelors in health care management

Currently working on my bachelors degree in healthcare administration with a concentration in emergency management. I am a licensed practical nurse in the U.S. Military, relevant experience as a manager/supervisor will be a 9 month deployment to Iraq in a field hospital and a little over 2 years as a floor manager in world renowned PCU in a military treatment facility. (Being vague on purpose)

Will I have trouble finding decent healthcare admin related jobs when I get out?

How much will my LPN help out? Obviously an RN would help me a lot more but

Glock keeps jamming

Bought a Glock 17 C V 2 months ago. Been having jams every 50 rounds or so (usually stove pipes) or once I shoot 125 or more it usually becomes every other round. Recently it’s been after 30 rounds just constant jamming. Yes I’m cleaning my weapon using 115 grain ammo. Am I limp wristing? I’ve been shooting pretty decently so I’m confused otherwise. Any help would be appreciated

UPDATE: just went to the range after using more CLP on my gun then usual, shot with 124 with a mix of 115 in the middle and end and no jams after about 125 rounds.
