Farmer harvests crop but leaves grains

Anyone had this happen where your farmers do all the work of planting, watering, weeding and harvesting but then they leave the grains in the soil? Like who’s supposed to grab those so it can be tilled again? Is it a delivery role that handles it, just curious if you’ve seen this before?

When caravans turns red

Philosophical question: I’m located in Whispering Pines near the river and I’ve got an inbound raid coming to my village. I have bandits at High migration and Raids set to Very hard, so I’m expecting around 30 bandits against my army of 20. We’ve got good armor and weapons, so it shouldn’t be a problem. I move my army to the north bridge and wait for them to cross but as I look at the map I notice two small bandit groups of 5 each and a caravan approaching as well. I figure we’ll take care of the raiders first and then deal with the other bandits. After the raiders cross the bridge, we hit them and my long sword is dropping dudes left and right. I start to notice that are a lot more bodies than 30 v 20 in this fight and then out of nowhere, women in dresses start attacking me with their little axes. I’m like oh shit, I must have hit someone in the caravan by accident and now I’m the enemy..
So my question to you is do you take out the now red caravan folks or ignore them and run away? Also, if you let them get away are there any repercussions, like will other caravans attack you on sight or will I be put on trial at The Hague? I ended up taking them all out because I figured dead caravaners don’t talk. What a fun game 😄

Went to Bradford and decided to go northeast until it stopped; found myself at the edge of the Karvenia world and couldn't go any further
