I started getting in to jumping rope, and I've been doing so on a concrete floor for 3 weeks. After those 3 weeks my left leg got shin splints which took a month to heal. During that month break I've been jumping with my right leg only.

Can I continue jumping rope on a concrete floor barefooted with my left leg or should I do so on grass?

With how many sharp bones fish have and with how weak their flesh is how don't they accidentally stab themselves?
