stop asking for TRT when your levels are literally normal ffs

so many posts on reddit lately saying "low t" with levels in the 400s or 500s... that is NOT low testosterone.

if your test is in the 400s or higher you (probably) do NOT need TRT just because you feel bad. go see a REAL doctor (or get a second opinion) to find the actual cause instead of trying to force a script. if you just want test to get big, fine, but stop treating trt like a magic fix for everything.

i only wrote this because i saw someone literally tell a guy to take sarms to intentionally tank his levels so a doctor would give him TRT. JUST PLEASE DONT BE STUPID.

Had a heart attack two years ago after starting test and anavar. Should I stay off TRT forever or is it safe to go back on now?

I’m a 43 year old dude now. Two years ago, I started test in March and did anavar for six weeks along with it. Everything was going well at first. I was a non-cigarette smoker, a daily pot smoker, and a casual drinker back then. One night after having chest tightness all day, thinking it was just a cramp, I realized I couldn't sleep and drove myself to the ER at 2am. They did an EKG and the doc got really concerned. When they laid me down for more tests, I completely lost consciousness and they had to revive me twice. I literally almost died and ended up getting a stent for a blocked artery. After that nightmare, I immediately discontinued the test, quit the pot, and changed my lifestyle completely. It has been two years since that happened, and I have stuck to those healthy changes. The reason I am posting now is to ask if anyone has ever gone back on TRT after something like this, or if I need to stay off it forever. I still don't know if the test actually caused the heart attack, but I want to know if it is safe to start a low dose or if it's just a terrible idea. Your thoughts?

Are there any actual compounds that give you insane strength without turning you into a raging asshole?

I need to put on some serious strength for my next block but I completely refuse to touch tren or anything else that is going to wreck my mental state. Last year I ran a heavy cycle and my mood was completely out of control. I was snapping at my girlfriend over nothing and just walking around angry all day. The strength was there but it was absolutely not worth the mental side effects.

I am looking for a compound that just strictly drives up the numbers on the bar without messing with my head. Is there anything out there that gives you that massive strength increase while keeping you completely level mentally? Or is crazy strength always a tradeoff where you have to deal with the aggression and mood swings? Let me know what you guys are taking for pure strength without the mental garbage.

My NAD+ addiction is getting very weird but it feels too good to stop

I have been pinning NAD+ for about 5 weeks now and I do not see myself stopping any time soon. I do about 25mg per day, 3 times a week. The effects are so strong that I literally stayed up until 4 AM last night organizing my closet by the thread count of my shirts because I had so much energy. I feel amazing for about 24 hours, but then I start feeling like a normal person again after 48 hours, which I hate. I am planning to move up to 4 times a week, which would be around 100mg total per week.

I want to know if I need to keep increasing the dose to feel this way or if my body is just going to build up a tolerance eventually? I have seen people do this for a year straight, so do I need to cycle off? I am basically carrying my syringes everywhere I go in my backpack at this point because I am so hooked on how this feels.
