My plan recently got changed so im planning to travel to Singapore. Any idea how soon i can get visa?

Hi, Im 29f indian, working in a software company(total 8 years experience, currently working as sdet) earning around(25lpa, looking out for more financial benefits)
Im very confused about what to do next? Should i do masters or look for job in abroad(im interested in moving out of india)? If i choose masters which field? Should i do masters in usa or canada or Europe? Which is good given the situation? I would appre any inputs and guidance thanks for your time.

My OFC appointment was missed and Im tryin to reschedule it in either chennai or hyderabad but it is showin no slots available. I called the customer service who told me check slots for every 4hours, as my ofc is cancelled, i think my consulate will also be cancelled, anyone else faced the same issue?How did you reschedule it? do I have to pay again or what? I have already waited for 7 months for this appointment. I applied for us visa in December 2025 and i got slots on July last week. If anyone else is faced same kind of issue, let me know what you did, how it worked out for you?
