This is their routine every morning and night

My finger has recently been not relaxing , usually my thumbs and pointer fingers and happens on both hands at different times but usually once a day. I am 27 and female and only take Zoloft. I don’t smoke but I have been regularly drinking vodka. It doesn’t hurt, just goes almost numb and won’t relax. I can still use it and move it.
